Occupancy Policy
In order to comply with the State of Massachusetts Public Health Code and State Fire Code the number of occupants per apartment is limited to the following:
* I Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a Maximum of 2 people. – Strictly Enforced.
** 2 Bedroom Apartments accommodate up to a Maximum of 4 people. – Strictly Enforced.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED.
LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.
Lease & Security Deposit Policy
- A signed lease and 50% deposit is required within seven (7) days of making the reservation.
- The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of $300.00 is due by June 1st in order to guarantee reservations.
- Full Payment and Signed Lease must be received by June 1st.
- We gladly accept:
Personal Checks and Money Orders.
Credit Cards are NOT Accepted.
Housekeeping Charges
Charges for cleaning of Apartment on Departure Apply.
- $200 – 1 bedroom apartment
- $250 – 2 bedroom apartment
NO LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED.
- No Daily Rentals. Weekly Rentals only.
- No Daily Maid Service.
- No Daily Linen Service. *Linen is NOT provided – You must bring your own.

- Housekeeping charges apply. ($100- 1 bedroom, $150 – 2 bedroom).
- Please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of our guests.
- Tenants must leave Apartment in good condition upon departure or an additional cleaning charge will apply.
- Security Deposit required.
- No Front Desk or On-Site Management. Owner Operated.
- No Pets Please.
- All Apartments are Non-Smoking.
- No Off Season Rentals.
Linen Policy
LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.
- Our Linen Policy
- Pillows, blankets, a laundry hamper and laundry basket in each unit.
- No linens provided. Provision of linens is your responsibility. The most cost effective option for you is to bring your own linens.
- Arrangements to have linen provided are made by contacting Takemmy Linen Rental, a linen rental vendor on Martha’s Vineyard. It is your responsibility to contact Takemmy Linen Rental at: 508-693-2788.
- No washer/dryer available on site.
- No daily maid service.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
- Cancellations accepted until April 1st.
- We gladly accept, Personal Checks and Money Orders.
- Credit Cards are not accepted.
Children & Pets Policy
- Children are welcome, pets are not allowed.
Check-in & Check-Out Time
- ARRIVAL:
– Saturday at 2pm.
