Maximum Occupancy Policy
In order to comply with the State Public Health Code and State Fire Code, the number of occupants per Apartment is limited to the following:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT
> TWO OCCUPANTS
> FOUR OCCUPANTS
No large gatherings are permitted.
Please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of our Guests.
Future occupancy will be subject to compliance with House Rules.
Our Apartments are weekly rentals only.
Saturday to Saturday.
